Welcome to The MenoPal ("the App" and "the Website"), owned and operated by The MenoPal Limited ("we", "us", "our").
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of both our mobile application, The MenoPal, and our website, www.themenopal.com (collectively, "the Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Services.
By using or accessing any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the Terms, please refrain from using our App and Website.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The MenoPal Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.
Eligibility
The Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if we believe a user does not meet this requirement.

User Accounts

We use artificial intelligence (AI) to summarise and personalise insights based on your entries. These features are assistive only and do not replace medical advice. No automated decisions with legal or significant impact are made.
Community Use and Content
If you use future community features, you may submit content such as questions and responses. Any user-generated content submitted to us for model improvement (e.g., de-identified Q&A pairs) will be stripped of all identifiers and used strictly to assess relevance. We do not link such content back to any individual.

We take your privacy seriously. Our data practices are governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and detailed in our Privacy Policy. The MenoPal allows you to:

Subscriptions, Free Trial and Billing
The MenoPal offers paid subscription plans, which may begin with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
You may cancel your subscription through your App Store account
Refunds follow the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
You have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days under EU law for digital services
App Stores and Platforms
The MenoPal is available through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of the App is also subject to the respective app store's terms of service. We are not responsible for billing or technical issues arising from these platforms.
Third-Party Tools and Analytics
We use third-party tools, including analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Meta tracking pixels, to improve performance and user experience. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software used in the Services are the property of The MenoPal Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit any content without our express written consent.
Anonymised Data Sharing for Research
We may use anonymised data for service improvement, academic research, and women's health studies. This data is fully de-identified and cannot be linked back to you. No identifiable data is shared without your consent.

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
Dispute Resolution
You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes with us informally by contacting privacy@themenopal.com. We may suggest alternative dispute resolution methods before proceeding to court.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be made in writing.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will end immediately. Provisions which survive termination include indemnity, limitations of liability, and intellectual property rights.
